Guarantee To Our Clients

At Conscious Creative, we are dedicated to serving green businesses and organizations that serve humanity and the environment. We guarantee that all creative work done for our clients will be of the highest quality, using the latest green and eco-friendly methods. For instance, all graphic design jobs get printed on tree-free or recycled papers using soy-based inks. We use digital photography and video equipment to ensure less toxic waste. We also hire local, green-certified printers that are leading the way by using green printing methods.

As a company committed to having sensitive awareness, we strive to be open and communicative and to always listen to you, our client. We do our best to meet your specific needs and provide you with excellent quality. Even though our papers may be recycled, our designs never are. As such, you will never get a design or creative work that has been used for another client. We realize your project is important, and we will do our best to always meet our agreed upon deadlines. If for some reason surprises and unforeseen conflicts arise, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to create inspired solutions. We offer a cancellation policy, where if you're not satisfied with our work you may cancel at any time, and only pay for the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Believing in the importance of sustainability, we hire local creative contractors and compensate them with sustainable living wages. Therefore we may not be the least expensive creative firm in the Bay Area, but we our dedicated to creating enjoyable and rewarding jobs.

Company Policy

• Whenever possible, we would like at least two weeks notice before a project is expected to start.
• Projects can begin as soon as a signed contract and a predetermined deposit of the estimate are received.
• For all print design jobs, we retain the right to specify the paper and the inks that will be used for the design. We always specify a minimum recycled content of 50% or we wil often try to use tree-free paper. Soy- or vegetable-based inks are also specified.
• We expect clients to respond timely to communication attempts. We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client is not responsive within a reasonable amount of time.
• We offer web site maintenance contracts and ask for a minimum one week advance notice for any site changes.
• We retain creative license to all our creative works. Buy-out licenses are negotiable. We generally don’t do work-for-hire contracts, but these are negotiable as well.
